I bought 2 connectors, each supposed to have 2 rubber gaskets, one at each end, for a total of 4. But only 2 gaskets were shipped. It caused some inconvenience since I could not proceed with the home repair project. After informing Amazon of the problem, a correct replacement package was sent out immediately the next day. I had to return the incomplete original package to Amazon. Another small inconvenience. Overall I am happy with the purchase. Just want to remind Amazon to try paying a little more attention to the "What's In The Box" detail.
