(More customer reviews)This is the most high-maintenance and awful dishwasher. You need special salts, rinse aid, and to use the miele tablets. The rinse aid stays on the glasses so when you fill a glass of water, you have rinse aid bubbles. I"ve had to resort to rinsing my glasses/dishes with hot water after running the cycle to get the suds off. Miele told me that maybe my dishes weren't dirty enough, or that I was using the wrong kind of detergent (so they sent me the tablets), or that it was due to the hardness/softness of my water (they tested it and the water is optimal). At this point, they won't do anything. It was a waste of 1700 dollars. You're better off getting a maytag of ge at 1/3 of the cost. I will never buy another miele product.
