(More customer reviews)I am now in week 5 of this very fun and easy camp. I've been trying it out with some friends at work and we are all seeing results. I think in the first week I saw major changes following Dr. Loretta's advice of changing my pillow case and my detergent. I have had way fewer blemishes and cut out some acne products that were actually doing more harm than good in the redness department. I am highly recommending this book to EVERYONE! It is truly fabulous and even the adorable cover makes me smile (people have asked me why I look so happy and bright the past few days!). Hats off to Dr. Loretta for writing such a helpful manual for navigating the cosmetics world!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
