(More customer reviews)The subject matter in the book is appropriate. The author is very detailed in explaining the topics, but the language isn't so technical that you're lost. I bought this book to challenge a human nutrition class as part of a BSN degree program. I haven't taken the test yet, but I feel very well prepared.
