If you enjoy spa treatments, great, this book is for you. If you never have a spa treatment before, you are in for a treat. And if you love them, but do not have the time or the money, Mary Muryn has superb, inexpensive and easy formulas and recipes to do just so. The ingredients can be found in a health food market or even in your kitchen.
