The focus on hope, a greater ending, and the role of faith is coupled with the practical pain and void created by the loss of someone close. The writer captures this incredibly. An exceptional read!

Although this book deals with a particular episode of anguish, the author's hope is that her story of the resulting calm and comfort will serve to "comfort those who are in any trouble." Storms are part of life. Sometimes they can be seen approaching on the horizon and sometimes they crash into a person's life unexpected. Whatever the storm may be, the One who calmed the sea...and the disciples...is the same today as yesterday.
