As a homeowner who does most of the renovating/decorating of my own home and also as a rental property owner who does most of the work myself this book has been a God-send. I used to have so many lists that when it came time to buy something I could never find the right list or the right measurement. Now it's all in the Sidekick, a book that's easy to carry into the stores with me. I keep it handy at all times. When I work on the rental properties I have it with me so that I can record measurements, draw sketches of plans etc. I have two books right now and plan on buying a couple more so that it can accomodate the number of properties I own/manage. Thank you Diane for a great idea and a great book. This book should be in every home.
