This book contains quality guidance based on knowledge that could only come from hands on experience in rehabing real estate. Unlike most of the books I've read on this subject, which contain 9 parts fluff (bull) and one part substance, this book is all substance! Though the book's academic approach may not tittalate enough for some, the serious investor and rehaber will find it's instruction meaninful, educational and profitable. Well done Ms. Brassfield
